Petra was one of the great bands of rock and roll, not just of Christian rock and roll. If I could sing like one person in the history of music, it might be Greg X. Volz of Petra. Beat The System, while certainly their trendiest record, also had some of their greatest songs. “Adoni” will blow the top of your fucking head off if you are a person who digs good singing.
