My First Five (Zac): Twisted Sister - Stay Hungry

This was the second album I ever owned, right after Thriller. Those two albums pretty much summed up my childhood. A sort of innocent fascination with darkness. Stay Hungry is still a great album, especially for a kid in second or third grade. I mean, it doesn't get much better that "We're Not Gonna take It" and "I Wanna Rock," two of the best stupidly rebellious songs ever. Plus the bright colors went a long way with me back then. I suppose now I'd call them a vis-kei band (look it up). By this time I had an awesome dual cassette player. It was silver and black. Just like my silver parachute pants and matching jacket. Yep.
